Shipping Policy

At PawStride™, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times are typically 5–10 business days within the United States and 7–15 business days for international orders. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on your location and external factors.

We may offer free shipping on all orders. If any shipping fees apply, they will be clearly shown at checkout before completing your purchase.

After your order has been shipped, tracking information may take 2–5 days to update in the carrier’s system.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by these circumstances.

PawStride™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and not corrected within 24 hours of placing the order, we are not responsible for replacements or refunds.
